In With the New

Sup! Elli here, as always, but there is something different. I gots me a new laptop! It is super weird cause I am not quite used to the new keyboard yet so if there are any spelling mistakes please do not hate me for it. So basically my old laptop was dying after a brave 5 year battle so I thought it was time for an update. Besides my webcam broke on my old one, and I need  a webcam. 

Well actually I don't need a webcam, for it is not a requirement. But you may know that I have been wanting to start a youtube channel to prove to myself I am capable of something like that, as well as to teach myself to stop procrastinating and start doing stuff I want to do. However, my camera isn't of as good a quality I hoped. I know excuses, excuses. But I'd want the quality of camera to be good. and yeah this is kind of boring. I may still make  videos with the terrible quality, cause no-one was really going to watch them anyway. 

In other news I have reached 1026 pageviews! I mean seriously what the fadoodle is going on here! I haven't even been going for 2 months. Lish got upset cause I was catching up fast. Mwahaha I shall beat your pageview count Lishill! But it is ridiculous. Thanks though for actually reading the posts if you have read the posts or are just reading this one cause that still counts as more pageviews. However some of the page just come from people flicking through the blogs to find a readable one, and the more you post the more it will be published, so really it is because I have posted everyday since I started.

Today has been pretty boring so there isn't really to blog about. So again thanks for the pageviews and don't expect too much from me "vlogging" cause of what I have previously said. The Magnificent 7 -TV Shows

Well...I'm going to be honest, like I always am, by saying I have absolutely nothing to write about. But I vowed to myself to come on this blog everyday and write a post that hopefully entertains you in some form. Entertain probably being the wrong word cause that implies enjoyment and this is probably more of just something to read to pass the time, and I want you to feel that your time was not wasted. So...um...I guess...I should...steal ideas from friends. Come on don't act surprised you saw this coming. So I'm going to say Claire started this off with her top 10 idea which Lish stole then adapted to top 5 and then Siobhan just stole that all together. Amy has been pretty good being all original so maybe I should steal ideas off her ;) Anywho so I am going to try and talk to you about my top 7 (going to be a bit different) TV Shows.

I'm going to count down from 7 so you get the big reveal of my favourite show.

7. So to start the countdown at number 7 we have the messed up Adventure Time! I love this show cause it just seems like something I would create in my mind with my good friend Jessie. If you have not seen it before there isn't really a way of describing it. I don't watch it as often as I would like, so it is only at 7. My favourite character would have to be Marceline cause she is so cool, and has the best guitar in history, and she's a vampire so yeah. However I do love BMO this little game console cause it is so damn sweet. 


6. Not Going Out would have to be next because it doesn't quite beat the rest

of my list but still deserves to be up there. It is probably the only British comedy that makes me properly laugh. But that is probably just because of the genius of Lee Mack. When Tim Vine left I admit it wasn't as good but I still watch it and it is still funny. My favourite character would have to be Lee because he comes up with all the funny lines. I think it is on it's last series or something, but England has Dave so it will be on for a lifetime. 

5. Number 5 doesn't really make me laugh. Ok sometimes it does. But I mainly

watch How I Met Your Mother for Barney and Robin. Cause they are so adorable together. I am going to cry when it finishes at the end of the current season :'( but in fairness taking 9 season just to tell us how he met the mother good on them. There are some really funny parts, and Barney has to be my favourite. Mainly for his quotes in my favourite episodes. For example "We shall call it puzzles. Then people will be like 'why's it called puzzles?' that's the puzzle." and "Ted What's in a gin and tonic?!?" I am so happy we have finally met the mother cause she too is a great character.

4. Lucky there's a Family Guy! Sorry I just had to. But yeah Family Guy is at number 4 cause Seth Macfarlane is just a comedy genius. There isn't a

lot to say about it so my favourite character is Stewie because of his evil genius plans then all of a sudden he is all childish. I love the Road to series' especially Road to Multi-verse cause just the Disney section alone was amazing. It's a wonderful day for pie! Look how shiny my buttons are. And of course look how gayly we run. All in the space of 3 minutes. Well done! I also love American Dad! I thought it should be in the list but cause it is essentially the same it will stay here with Family Guy.

3. Being Human. How can you not love Being Human? Before I get started the US version sucks in comparison and you should just watch the original version

instead of trying to make your own. You did the same thing with the inbetweeners and that failed. So if you somehow know nothing about this amazing show it is about a werewolf a ghost and a vampire sharing a house in Bristol, then somewhere in Wales. All of the episodes were brilliant and I cried when it finished. Favourite Character has to be Hal cause he is so adorable, and hot, and yeah. I loved his rendition of Putting on the Ritz in the finale. That is why the picture includes Hal. I wanted one that had all of the characters throughout the series but I couldn't find one with the logo in the time I could be bothered to. Oh and I liked Adam cause he was played by Craig Roberts, and Craig Roberts is amazing. The spin-off with him in it also was amazing.

2. Oooo! Final two! So The IT Crowd didn't make the top spot, but it doesn't mean I love it any less. Ok maybe a bit, but when you find out what

number one is you cannot blame me. The IT Crowd is hilarious and the first series was the best. Without a doubt. But from there I cannot pick a favourite episode. There is one with Adam Buxton thinking Jen is dead and the whole set up is so funny, the dinner party, and of course the work outing. Actually that probably is the best. It finished with an amazing hour special where they brought back ideas from previous stories. Favourite character award has to go to Moss because he is the best. If you watch it you know what I mean.

1. If you have not already guessed the top spot clearly goes to Sherlock. Come on guys the amount of times I go on about it, it had to be in the top 7 and you've seen the others, so what else could it be. Sherlock is just amazing, it can be funny, sad and just so interesting. Everyone should already know my favourite character is the magnificent Jim Moriarty for he is portrayed brilliantly. However I also love Sherlock and Watson and Lestrade and Molly and Mrs Hudson and Mycroft. You can see where this is going. So yeah I LOVE SHERLOCK. I spoke about it a lot previously in a post called Sherlock so read about it there.

The Resolution

Well all my friends have written about their new years resolutions so yeah I'm going to write about mine 3 days into the year.

I have none.

Did you enjoy that really interesting blog post there? She says still continuing the post. But I genuinely have no resolutions. Well I do but I wont keep them so seriously what is the point in making them in the first place. This probably isn't very interesting for you to read, so I'll talk about what I would hope to get out of the year, but leave it to die in dreamland cause there isn't a chance in hell it will happen.

1. To start of is the most cliché answers for a resolution. Losing weight. As a child I was never bothered about how I looked so I was like YEAH eat fuck loads of food, and now I have to suffer for it. I'm not the biggest person in the world, and I don't want to be a twig bitch or anything like that, but there are certain parts of my body I hate because of fat. Probably the cure for this is exercise but I am too fucking lazy for that shit. I have no exercise equipment so all I have really is to go outside for a jog or something and there isn't a chance in hell I'm doing that cause I can't run for shit. If I'm being chased by something that will kill me, fuck it I'll die. So yeah in a perfect world where I am not awkward, I would like to lose weight.

2. I would like to stop procrastinating. The entirety of my GSCE's was me doing work last minute, and luckily I got away with it. But A-Levels will not be the same, so I need to get my butt in gear. I say this yet I haven't done any revision for a mock I have next week. Knowing me I'm going to leave it all last minute and get stressed then go fucking insane from being stressed. I should have put a personal assistant on my Christmas list so they can stand at my side and keep me in line.

3. This year a nice accomplishment would be to finally know what I want to do. Cause I have a feeling if I change my mind too much it will come down to my life just being me in a shit-hole. Again I think I am so lazy I can't be bothered to work to get a desired job, if I knew exactly what that was. At the moment I don't want to go to Uni cause I don't want to deal with all the work. But I feel a nice job is all I'm ever going to get, cause the way I've been going, I'm never going to be in a relationship of any meaning. And I don't want to disappoint my family by not going. 

4. Number 4 kind of contradicts number 2, but I want to be more social. I feel like if I miss out on my social life, I am going to die of boredom, alone, and that will suck. However I don't want so much of a social life that I don't get enough work done. I'd rather have good A-Level grades than be miss popular. Not that I'm bothered about being popular, I just want to have more fun with friends outside of school. But yeah?

I cannot think of any more so four will have to cut it. None of these will happen so don't expect anything. However if by some miracle I decide to take them seriously and it works, you will find out. Next year ;)

I mean it this time.

SHERLOCK

This time yesterday I was watching probably the best television show around. SHERLOCK! If you haven't guessed already I am a huge Sherlock fan, I have a Moriaty T-shirt and the first two series' on DVD and now I have watched the new episode for the 3rd time. I'm not obsessed. Ok who am I kidding, of course I am.

Warning: This post may include extreme cases of fangirlling, as well as spoilers! 

Seriously if you don't want the episode to be spoiled do not read this. 

The same goes for not wanting to be annoyed by fangirlism.

So in my opinion the new episode was just amazing! Even though we never found out how he actually faked his death the fantasy's were still pretty amazing. My favourite obviously being the one by the girl from My Mad Fat Diary (also an amazing show which is returning this year, yay!) where Moriarty never killed himself and he and Sherlock were making fun of John with the phone call and they look at each other and lean in for a kiss. I would love to have been Sherlock in that instance. Cause Moriaty is so hot. I ship them two together. However I also ship Johnlock so hmmm they can all be involved in a threesome. 

However I also like Sherlock and Molly together cause they are so cute! I'm happy she found someone even though he is supposed to be a Sherlock copy. BUT THAT KISS! You know the one in Anderson's theory. I think every Sherlock fan wanted to be her. Yes even some of the guys! It was just..yeah..I mean just the hair ruffle before hand. When I saw him kiss her I was like EEEEEEEEEEEEWKNLIBPEGVBNvadejqhb! Cause at first we were made to believe that was actually what had happened, then it was a dream thing and I was like DAMN YOU TO HELL! But then he kissed her on the cheek and I died of adorableness.

Ok next we clearly have to  talk about when he tried to surprise John in the restaurant. The Accent, the glasses, the eyeliner moustache. It was just hilarious. When he was all like surprise and John didn't even look at him and Sherlock's face of pure disappointment. 

Other things I really enjoyed about the episode:

Anderson falling over due to madness.
Sherlock running into the fire to save John.

The mention of his mind palace.

So pretty much the entire episode. 

Before you ask I do not care for Elementary the American spin off cause John and Moriarty being women do not work. I understand they are trying to make women seem more important. But it just doesn't work. Moriarty needs to be all camp, and John needs to protest about not being gay when people think he and Sherlock are an item.

The Only Way to Celebrate

IT'S 2014! WOO! Hopefully these next 12 months won't be as shit as the last. However there were some great moments. But that is not what this post is about. This post is going to go through how I celebrated the arrival of the new year, and can I say I would not change it for anything...ok maybe a few things...but my point still stands. 

So it's the last day of 2013, December 31st to be precise. Elli why are you writing it our as some shit novel, cause it probably is a shit novel, now please...My friend Efah had planned yet another infamous Eddie Party (I say planned he bought like no booze whatsoever, but it was still fucking awesome!) so obviously I went. I started by going to Jessie's and Tom was there and they were eating dinner while I looked up holidays on my phone that people really need to be aware of. Like climb up a flag pole and see who salutes you day, and Wiggle your toes day. And this continued until we were at Eddie's. When we got there we watched Futurama and played with some fake guns. It was mainly just me and Jessie going PewPew at each other. We called this a gang bang. Why, cause we are slightly messed up in the head. Also Efah brought out some chocolate fingers and Jass fed them to me, we joked about how she "fingered" me.

Me and Jessie then played 20 card UNO and got pissy cause I kept winning so threw the cards at me, so I picked them up and shoved them down her shirt. As you do. I can't remember the situation but at one point Eddie but a balloon right next to his...um...package...and he fell over in pain and cause we are such nice friends all we did was laugh at him. Then we got creeped out by a santa doll in Eddie's house. He had a major I'm going to rape you face going on, and we watched a bit of Scott Pilgram vs the World. Then we watched a bit of Team America and had the theme tune stuck in our heads for like the rest of the night. America FUCK YEAH! Oh yes and angrily playing Hungry Hungry Hippos, where my fucking hippo didn't work correctly! But it was fun just mashing the handle until he ate something. I'm starting to think he was anorexic. Oh and we all convinced Eddie that if you rubbed toothpaste over yourself you got high, so he went and got some toothpaste and there was this large fight.

At this point it was slowly approaching Midnight, so what do we do? Dress up like lunatics and go to a park! Eddie was dressed in a top hat and tails, Jessie wore her prom dress, Tom just wore a panda hat. And I wore a petticoat over my jeans, a red waistcoat, a rainbow tie, a fez, my normal coat for I was cold...wow so many coats...and was carrying around a pirate doll and a horn. 

Oh yes the Doll so on our way to the park we were saying how Eddie looked like a funeral director and I pretended that the Pirate (Pete) doll was the person who's funeral we were at. Basically Jessie was Pete's wife and Tom and I were their children. Anywho...

Back to the park, as it was pitch black we were using my phone as a light source and I said it made me feel like I was playing Slender (this is going to make sense later on...I think) But we got to this little bench thing? after playing on these toy motorbikes that we had to peddle and I was the only one small enough to do so. But at this thingymagiggy, we left our one fuck we couldn't give, counted down to the New Year, where I shouted Fuck you all in the Butt instead of Happy New Year... I'm so lovely to be around. And we pranked called some people, like a different Tom, my cousin and George Porge, leaving them creepy voice mails. SORRY! 

So we started to leave the park, where Eddie and I waved at every car the passed, and then we saw this light in the distance. I was convinced it was slender man, the light was starting communicating in Morse code and as we approached slendy, me and the other 4 started to look more and more like the derpish five (Best superheroes ever!) as we got towards these two men just having a New Years drink. That sounds slightly dirty...oops!

Now back at the house, we played yet more UNO, but this time with a twist. We found a card that had UNO written on both sides so claimed it as the Shadow Realm Card! DUn DUn DUn! Elli why are the n's in lower case. PFF! Fuck knows! Anywho The Shadow Realm meant you were out of the game. As well as KING ME which was essentially snap, so if you perfectly matched the card before you were kinged with the petticoat. And can I say we all looked fabulous in it. Then Efah got out some betting chips and we started placing bets on who would win, and who would get sent to the shadow realm. It was fun until Jass bet her bra on me to win. I did luckily for her. But then we started playing strip UNO, which was just weird. It was me vs 3 guys cause Jessie opted out. The rules were whoever at the end had the highest number of points had to remove an item of clothing. However if you were Kinged you can put on an item of clothing or the petticoat if you were already fully clothed. So lucky me only got away with a sock, which I put back on cause I was all like KING ME BITCH! I was also the luckiest some bitch I know cause Tom placed down a plus 4 then Eddie did so I had to pick up 8 and the first one was the Shadow Realm so I was like SUCK ON THAT BITCHES! and left the game. I call people bitches a lot when I play UNO. Sorry about that. Efah was the only one who showed the most skin (Cause he didn't layer up like the rest of us did before we played.) and he decide to rub toothpaste on his nipples. Don't do this at home, not like I think you would, but trust me it hurt him like a bitch. The worst bit was when he went to go wash it off and as soon as he left the room Jessie was all like that will be worse, we were like wait for the scream and all we heard from the next room was "WHY DID THAT HURT MORE?" and he came back in the room and just flailed on the chair in pain.
After this Jass and I had a snuggle party on the sofa and we just made jokes about each others previous relationships or just people we previously liked. The best was Jessie using the YMCA moves to spell out the names of people's last girlfriends I laughed so much. After this we tidied up our shit and left. As you can tell no-one got any sleep. But 8 hours later I have only had 3 hours kip, but bitches I'm waiting for SHERLOCK so sleep can wait another 3 hours and 16minutes.

A long post I know, but there was so much going on, in what can only be described as the best way to celebrate New Years, it had to be. So hope you celebrated in an amazing way like I. See you in the 'morrow liddle chums!
